“Had a brilliant stay here. Girls in reception are so helpful and want to do as much as they can for you. Though I think one was a bit shocked that on our 25th wedding anniversary we had booked the Honeymoon Suite!! Great room with a spa right in the room! Bathroom was HUGE!! Brilliant and comfy bed. We had a room upstairs so be aware if you have heavy luggage. There was an on-site beautician available to book. Convenient location. Easy to find. Would recommend and happily stay here again.”

“Very friendly staff eager to help set this clean and comfortable accommodation apart. Everyone spoke cheerfully to us and told us the best places to eat, drink, and walk. 
Organised taxi to Mitai Maori village for us and even went out of their way to find the best deals. 
Has a fully equipped guest laundry as well as full facilities in the suites - and excellent coffee for the French press if you don’t like the Nespresso machine for which there were lots of capsules unlike many hotels that seem to ration them!”

“First time my wife and daughter's have been to Rotorua as they are born and bred Canadians. Wife booked the family suites at the last minute for our family vacation. A perfect option for families looking for family accommodation in Rotovegas for checking out New Zealand's cultural wonderland as we did. Our suite come with two levels. Upstairs onsuite kingsize bed in the master, queen bed in the second main bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom, main bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs a very large and spacious lounge, full dining table, fully equipped extra-large kitchen, private balcony and the rooms very own outdoor patio area. Excellent value, excellent customer service, excellent facilities on site. Close to all the NZ outdoor attractions and cultural events. We absolutely loved our family suites! Ngā mihi.”.

“Found this Motel last minute, and what a find!!! Great people friendly and helpful
Very clean and tidy and exactly what we expected and even better. Had place to store mountain bike safely which was great. Location really good for our trip.
And when we needed to go back after check out to get bike they even gave us a towel to dry my son and keep him warm on the ride home. Highly recommend.”

“This is our number go to place when in Rotorua. The staff are friendly and accommodating where they can be, The microwave burnt out and we reported it that morning, went out for breakfast and when we came back the microwave had already been replaced. Rooms are a good size and were clean and comfortable. If needing extra pillows be advised to take your own with you as they cannot always accommodate this. I would recommend this place for location and friendliness. Love the new addition of soap, balm and shampoo dispensers, they smell amazing. Thanks for a great stay.”
